| The report of the 19 th national congress of the communist party of China pointed out that "we should implement the strategy of rural revitalization,accelerate the modernization of agriculture and rural areas,attach great importance to rural compulsory education,promote educational equity,and promote the integrated development of urban and rural compulsory education".In 2018,the opinions of the communist party of China central committee and the state council on implementing the rural revitalization strategy clearly stated that "priority should be given to developing rural education and building strong rural teachers." The construction of rural teachers has become an important way and guarantee to promote the development of rural education.The "rural teacher support plan(2015-2020)" points out that the primary measures for the construction of rural teachers are to "improve the ideological and political quality and professional ethics of rural teachers,and guide rural teachers to take the lead in practicing socialist core values".The ultimate goal of the cultivation of socialist core values is to externalize them into practice.However,with the continuous progress of the cultivation of socialist core values,we often encounter situations where "knowledge and action are different" or "knowledge" and "action" are contradictory.In essence,the formation of individual identity is a process of attitude change,and the individual’s implicit attitude has an obvious predictive effect on their behavior.Only when the individual’s implicit attitude agrees with the socialist core values can the "unity of knowledge and action" be realized.Therefore,it is an important and realistic problem that how to guide rural teachers to identify with socialist core values in their implicit attitude so as to promote rural teachers to practice socialist core values.Will rural teachers as the research object of this study,using literature research,in-depth interviews,grounded theory,the method of extraction and content of rural teachers’ identity of socialist core values at the core of the category,as the experimental material,based on the implicit attitude Angle using single class of implicit association test(SC-IAT)methods to investigate the current situation of rural teachers’ identity of socialist core values.Attempts to obtain the rural teachers’ implicit attitude on the present situation of the identity of socialist core values,for the form to meet the requirements of socialist core values values to find suitable effective intervention strategies,improve rural teachers’ identity of socialist core values,makes the countryside teachers better practice of the socialist core values,eventuallyimprove the whole quality of rural teachers,boost rural revitalization of the rural education development.Research conclusions :(1)rural teachers identify with socialist core values,not only in the overall,but also in the emotional dimension and behavioral dimension;(2)the current status of rural teachers’ identification of socialist core values is inconsistent in terms of emotional dimension and behavioral tendency,and the identification degree of emotional dimension is stronger than that of behavioral tendency;(3)rural teachers haven’t completely internalized socialist core values into their own values,although they have a close connection with themselves.In view of this,the author puts forward the following three countermeasures and Suggestions according to the status quo of rural teachers’ implicit attitude to the identification of socialist core values:(1)pay attention to individual needs and stimulate subjective identification;(2)optimize the social environment and lay an external foundation for identification;(3)establish a long-term mechanism to ensure the recognition effect. |
