Cross-border e-commerce is developed along with Internet technology and global trade. With the deepening of trade, the related intellectual property infringement disputes become more frequent, especially among small or medium-sized cross-border enterprises in the cross-border retail market, which is extremely harmful to the healthy development of cross-border e-commerce industry. In order to avoid the risk of intellectual property infringement in cross-border e-commerce,this paper analyzes the risk of intellectual property infringement under cross-border e-commerce,and concludes that its precautionary precaution lies in the imperfection of the current relevant legal system, the difficulty of customs supervision under the goal of transaction facilitation, the difficulty of determining the applicable jurisdiction of law,the failure of international cooperative settlement mechanism, and the Insufficient awareness of intellectual property protection in cross-border Enterprises. In order to solve this problem,it is necessary not only to improve the legal system of cross-border e-commerce intellectual property infringement,to optimize the customs supervision system,to promote the formation of a unified cross-border e-commerce intellectual property trial standard,to promote international cooperation, but also need to enhance the awareness and ability of enterprises to protect their intellectual property rights.
