Research On The Dilemma And Countermeasure Of County Inspection Work

In recent years,the effectiveness of anti-corruption has been remarkable,which is closely related to the development of patrol.In the eighteenth Central Discipline Inspection Commission,more than 60%of the cases were inspected from patrol.Inspection is the extension of inspections to the grassroots level,and is an important way to break through the "last mile" of the strict governance of the Party.Article 14 of the Constitution,which was revised and passed at the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,has made a special decision on inspection,specifically requiring the Party of the city(prefecture,state,league)and county(city,district,flag)committees to establish an inspection system.This shows that the in-depth development of grass-roots inspection work is needed by the times,is an important means of comprehensive strict governance of the party and hunting foxes,on the other hand,it is also shows that grass-roots inspection work is still in the stage of experiential exploration and continuous improvement of the system.This paper introduces the inspection work of X County Committee from the aspects of basic situation,operation mechanism and development process of inspection work.Since the establishment of the inspection office of the X County Party Committee,the whole office has been exploring constantly,mainly for the following aspects:accurate bid matching,high-level promotion,the construction of the inspection work pattern;accurate exertion,solid promotion,to ensure the effectiveness of inspection work;to cooperate with the superior inspection work,to provide quality services.But for the county level,the inspection work is still a new thing,which faces a series of difficulties.From the first three rounds of inspection carried out in X County,although the inspection has produced a certain deterrent effect,compared with the central and provincial inspection,the gap is still very big.This paper focuses on the construction of inspection team,inspection work system,inspection found problems,the application of inspection results in four aspects,analysis of the current difficulties of inspection work in X County.Finally,the author puts forward his own suggestions and opinions on how to optimize the inspection work at the grass-roots level,mainly from four aspects:establishing and perfecting the inspection system and mechanism at the grass-roots level,innovating the inspection work methods,strengthening the management of team building and perfecting the sharing mechanism of the inspection results,hoping that the optimized inspection work at the grass-roots level can play the "sword"more effectively.It will play a better role in promoting the building of a clean and honest Party style at the grass-roots level and the struggle against corruption,and in closing the relationship between the cadres and the masses so as to make the Party healthier.
