A Study On Practical Difficult Problems Of Crime Of Compulsory Based On Case Study

As a basic right of citizens of modern society,sexual autonomy has been widely recognized by human society.Indecent crime is a branch under the criminal law of the criminal law.The criminal law characterizing the indecency of non-sexual intercourse as a crime reflects the progress of civilization and the protection of the greater depth of human rights.In judicial practice,the handling of indecent assault is often troubled by the practice of the judge and the prosecutor,and the main question is what is the act of indecency? Where are the areas of indecency and rape? Does compulsory indecency require the pursuit of sexual stimulation? What should be paid attention to in the molestation of male crime?
