Research On Developing The Law Enforcement Standardization Construction Of Chinese Border Control

In 2016,General Office of the Communist Party of China,General Office of the State Council issued”Options on deeping the standardization construction of police law enforcement”,to fully and systematically arrange to further standardize law enforcement of Public Security,which symbolized that the development of the rule of law on Public Security has entered into a new phase.Further development of standardization of law enforcement of Public Security has an overall and fundamental place which has a significant role on the rule of law.The law enforcement construction of the law enforcement work is to solve the contradictions and problems in the law enforcement work of the border security,and to solve and intensify the law enforcement system on time and enable the law enforcement officers to carry out the law enforcement practices of rational and civilized norms and strengthen the internal and external supervision mechanism Law enforcement transparency,to promote the development of the entire law enforcement team,increase the credibility of the masses,is conducive to law enforcement work to carry out and maintain fairness and justice.Due to the rapid development of China's economy,the current social and law enforcement environment has undergone a more obvious change,and the border guards as a way to maintain the stability of the national law enforcement power,the challenge is significantly increased.Therefore,to promote the standardization of law enforcement,not only to ensure that the border forces can be fair,just and civilized law enforcement major initiatives,but also to improve the security forces border security and stability and law enforcement credibility of the important initiatives.Many realities and outstanding contradictions are inevitable in the process of improving the standardization of border law enforcement.So how to deal with the changes brought about by the new situation,the real effectiveness of law enforcement on the troops to ensure the stability and stability of the area and better safeguard the interests of the masses have become the border departments need to solve the problem.This paper mainly analyzes and discusses the implementation process of the law enforcement construction of the law enforcement in the current situation,and makes a reasonable analysis on the standardization construction of the law enforcement work carried out in our country.Dialectically,the shortcomings and advantages of the standardizationconstruction process,China's border forces law enforcement level,law enforcement capacity,increase the credibility of the masses,there is great practical significance and practical help.
