Since ancient times,the Mass satisfaction has received different degrees of attention.At the present stage,China has entered the new historical position of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.The principal contradiction in society has been transformed into a contradiction between the growing needs of the people for a better life and unbalanced and inadequate development.In the actual work of local governments,the dissatisfaction of the masses has gradually become an important evaluation criterion.In the fields of education,health care,old-age services,employment and the environment,which are closely related to the people's life and production,the satisfaction of the people needs to be further improved."How to improve the satisfaction of the masses" has become the starting point and destination of the thesis.In order to explore the path of improving the satisfaction of the masses better,the thesis starts from the theory of "customer orientation" and provides more reasonable and actionable suggestions for continuously improving the satisfaction of the masses.On the basis of the background and significance of choosing the topic,this paper summarizes the research status of "customer orientation" and "mass satisfaction" at home and abroad.This paper expounds four research methods: literature research,case study,questionnaire survey and interview investigation.The connotation of "customer orientation" theory means "paying attention to public demand,improving service quality,responding to public in a timely manner,and paying attention to public supervision".Through three ways,the present situation of T District satisfaction is analyzed.While acknowledging the achievements,it also pointed out five problems that existed.From the perspective of "customer orientation" theory,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the reasons.Four major proposals were put forward,including accurately grasping the needs of the masses,improving the level of service to the masses,establishing a mass response system,and strengthening mass supervision.Through the interpretation,analysis and application of the "customer orientation" theory,this paper explores the satisfaction of the masses from a new angle.It is hoped that the study will provide some practical and operational suggestions for improving people's satisfaction,provide more effective ways to resolve new social conflicts in the new era,and provide more ways to improve local governments 'public service capabilities and administrative capabilities.It will provide an updated way of thinking for the promotion of social stability and development.
