Research On The Integration Path Of Cultural Construction And Ideological And Political Education In State-owned Enterprises

Culture is the soul of the state-owned enterprises,and the party building is the banner of the state-owned enterprises.In the new era of deepening the reform of state-owned enterprises,President Xi Jinping,when participating in the National Party Construction Conference,emphasized the party’s leadership in state-owned enterprises,and ensured the implementation of the major deployment of the party and the state in state-owned enterprises.In order to adapt to the development trend of state-owned enterprises reform,the state put forward higher requirements for the construction of state-owned enterprises’ culture.The cultural construction of state-owned enterprises should not only bear economic responsibilities,but also undertake political and social responsibilities.How to inherit the glorious tradition of Ideological and Political Education under the leadership of the party,innovate the culture construction of state-owned enterprises,and integrate the cultural construction and ideological and political education of state-owned enterprises become an important topic.The integration of the cultural construction of state-owned enterprises and ideological and political education will help to widen the development platform of Ideological and political education and ensure the socialist direction of the cultural construction of the state-owned enterprises.Through the study of commonness and complementarity of cultural integration and ideological and political education in state-owned enterprises,this paper demonstrates the feasibility of the integration of the two.On the basis of the analysis of the feasibility of the integration,the current cultural construction of state-owned enterprises and the integration of Ideological and political education have appeared in the form of state-owned enterprise culture construction and the instability of the state-owned enterprises’ political workers.Aiming at the problem,it analyzes the causes of the problems from three aspects: personnel,values and mechanisms.This paper tries to explore the feasible path of the integration of cultural construction and ideological and political education in state-owned enterprises from three angles of establishing the sense of identity,cultivating values and perfecting the mechanism,and solving the problems.The state-owned enterprises use the platform of cultural construction,give play to theeffectiveness of Ideological and political education,maintain the leadership of the Communist Party of China,innovate the cultural construction of the state-owned enterprises,strengthen the cohesiveness of the state-owned enterprises,cultivate the integration values of people based on the supervision of the leadership of the party,and build the culture of state-owned enterprises with Chinese characteristics.
