Research On The Development Status And Influencing Factors Of The Assistive Products For Persons With Disability In China's Pension Institutions

With the acceleration of the aging process in China,the elderly have an increasing demand for assistive products for persons with disability.The use of assistive products in the pension institutions can not only maintain or improve the quality of life of the elderly,reduce the care burden on nursing staff,enhance the role of institutional care of the elderly in Multi-level Aged Care Service System,but can also reduce the waste of medical resources.Therefore,this paper analyzed the development status and influencing factors of the assistive products for the pension institutions in China,and provides suggestions for their further development,in order to respond positively to the requirement of "Healthy China 2030",to promote healthy aging and to meet the growing needs of the elderly for pursuing a better life.At present,there are few researches on the development of assistive products for pension institutions,and most of them are mainly about the current status of configuration and lack of analysis on the related needs of the elderly.Therefore,this article firstly analyzed the needs of elderly for assistive products,and then selected typical pension institutions to conduct researches on conditions the application of assistive products.After this,we utilized the PEST model to analyze the development status of assistive products for the pension institutions in China from the political,economic,social and technological respectively.The DEMATEL model was used to analyze the key influencing factors of the development of assistive products for the pension institutions in China.Finally,from the perspective of the government and the pension institutions,we provided relevant suggestions for the development of assistive products for the pension institutions in China.
