Study On The Exploration And The Experience Of Purifying Political Ecology By The Communist Party Of China In The New Era

Purifying political ecology is significant for the Communist Party of China to reinforce the self-construction and enhance the governing capability.In the new era,great changes have happened not only in the world but in our nation and our Party,which means our Party is faced with more challenges and risks.Under such circumstances,the Communist Party of China,taking the time's characteristics,historical tasks and people's wishes into consideration,put forward that the disciplines should be strictly enforced to build an incorruptible political atmosphere.So as to achieve that,our Party has been taking positive exploration and accumulating rich experience,at which the study is aimed.First of all,key conceptions are defined and the theoretical frame is confirmed.The author defines the conception of political ecology,distinguishes political ecology from political environment and points out political ecology is the consequence and the state of the interaction among each element in political system.According to the criteria used to judge political ecology,the author sets the discipline construction and the anti-corruption combat as the starting point,builds the theoretical frame with comprehensive and systematical perspectives,analyzes the inner structure of political ecology from the aspects of subject,system and culture,and explores the mechanism among each element.Then,the author concludes the concrete measures taken by the Communist Party of China to purify the political ecology since the 18^th CPC National Congress.The first is to improve the self-purification capability of subjects,including theoretically figuring out the new prospects of the anti-corruption fight and practically generalizing the new measures about strengthening the bonds among party members and leaders as well as fighting against corruption with laws and under high pressures.The second is to reinforce the system compliance,which includes generalizing the basic principles of system design,concluding historical experience,listing the systematical measures of managing the political life within our Party strictly and inducing the methods about enhancing the systematical implement performance.The third is to stand out the leading role of culture,including improving the party spiritual cultivation with the connotation and core values of political cultures and providing supports for party cultural construction with strict institutional norms.Next,the author summarizes the basic experience obtained by the Communist Party of China during the process of purifying the political ecology since the 18^th CPC National Congress.The first is to build purpose consciousness and strengthen the bonds among party members and leaders through anti-corruption construction.The second is to stand out the minor key power and emphasize the combination between key breakthrough and comprehensive promotion.The third is to gather action forces and blend the construction of thoughts,cultures and systems into the practice of purifying political ecology with systematical methods.The last is to purify self-renewal and resolve the contradictions and problems existing in our Party with innovative and reformative ways of thinking.Lastly,the author clarifies the historical significance of purifying the political ecology since the 18^th CPC National Congress.On the one hand,theoretically,the political ecology,an important part of the Thought on Socialism with Chinese characteristics for a New Era raised by Xi Jinping,inherits and develops the Marxism party building theory.On the other hand,practically,the political ecology provides theoretical compliance for Party self-governance with rigor in the new era and theoretical basis for leaders at all levels to promote party governance modernization.
