Research On Xi Jinping's Idea Of People-centered Economic Development

Since the 18 th CPC National Congress,General Secretary Xi Jinping has insisted on taking Marxism as the guiding ideology,and has repeatedly mentioned on various occasions that the economic development is aimed at people and that it is necessary to take the people as the center in combination of the complicated and changing international situation and the basic national conditions of China.He has also put forward a series of policies and opinions,such as the new idea of development,the centralized and unified leadership of the Party on economic work,the supply-side structural reform,and so on,thus forming Xi Jinping's idea of people-centered economic development This idea of economic development revolves around the mainline of taking the people as the center,reveals who the development is for,who the development depends on and who shares the development achievement,which shows the dominant role of the people in the economic development.At present,China is in the decisive stage of build a moderately well-off society in an all-round way.In the face of the complicated and changing international situation as well as the new contradictions,problems and requirements of China's economic and social development in the new era,it has great theoretical and practical value to insist on Xi Jinping's idea of people-centered economic development.In addition to the Introduction and Conclusion parts,this paper is divided into four parts.The first part mainly studies the background of Xi Jinping's idea of people-centered economic development.From the international perspective,the imbalance of world economic development has intensified and the world political situation has undergone major changes,which has made it difficult to meet the expectations of people for a better life.From the domestic perspective,Xi Jinping's idea of people-centered economic development is practically based on the condition where economic development problems and major contradictions in the new era need to be resolved.The second part mainly studies the theoretical origins of Xi Jinping's idea of people-centered economic development.The idea is an adhering to and development of Marx's theory of labor value and theory of production purpose.Also,it inherits the basic concept of the CPC which advocated "ruling for the people",and it draws on the essence of the people-oriented thinking in Chinese traditional culture.The third part mainly studies the main contents of Xi Jinping's idea of people-centered economic development.The main content of the idea is to meet people's growing needs for a better life.The political guarantee of economic development is the leadership of the CPC,the basic concept is the five ideas of development,and the main line is the supply-side structural reform.The fourth part mainly studies contemporary value of Xi Jinping's idea of people-centered economic development.In terms of its theoretical value,it highlights people's dominant position in economic development and creates a new realm for the development of socialist socio-politics with Chinese characteristics.In terms of its practical value,it has laid a solid foundation for China to achieve common prosperity and provided experience for the economic development of developing countries.Xi Jinping's idea of people-centered economic development is the latest achievement of Marxism in China,and also an important part of Xi Jinping's new-era socialist economic thought with Chinese characteristics.It has provided a guide for China's economic development and contributed China's wisdom and China's solution to developing countries' modernization.
