Research On The Meaning Expression Of Defects And Its Effectiveness

The meaning of the word means that in the process of forming a meaning expression to reaching the opposite person,due to various reasons,the behavior expressed by the ideologist is inconsistent with his inner heart.The law sets different legal effects on this inconsistency to regulate people’s activities in communication.This is a system of expression of flawed meaning.As for the research on the system of meaning representation of defects,the research on the system of meaning representation of defects and the provisions of related legislation are relatively weak compared to the comparative law in China.There are still some imperfections in our country’s provisions on the expression of the meaning of defects.Through a longitudinal comparison of our country’s legislation,the author finds that the provisions on the expression of the meaning of defects in our country in the General Provisions of Civil Law have been strengthened and have certain progress.But at the same time,by comparing the relevant provisions of the comparative law,we find out the shortcomings of the system of meaning defects in our country,and put forward relevant suggestions for the shortcomings.The preface part introduces the background,literature review,research methods and innovation points of this article.The first chapter is an overview of the expression of the meaning of defects,introduces the concept,structure,and constituent elements of the expression of meaning,and at the same time leads to the connotation,causes,and ways of setting the meaning of defects.The second chapter is about the specific types and effects of meaning defects;The third chapter describes the type of the expression of the meaning of defects in the comparative law and the norms of its effectiveness;The fourth chapter narrates the legislative status quo and existing problems of our country’s defective meaning expression system;The fifth chapter puts forward its own suggestions on the problems existing in our country.
