Research On Performance Appraisal Of Police In Jiangxi Women's Prison

As a special multi-dimensional profession,prison police is the representative of the national penalty execution organ.It shoulders the responsibility of maintaining social stability,and is the executor of the penalty.The responsibility,nature and characteristics of prison work determine the corresponding roles and roles in different dimensions.It is an important subject faced with the development of the times.At present,the internal and external environment of law enforcement and the object of law enforcement have changed greatly.Prison police is not only the direct core body of punishing and reforming criminals in custody,but also has multiple roles such as criminal executor,prison administrator and the legitimate rights and interests of criminals.This paper reviews the current situation and measures of the performance evaluation of the current women's prison police,and reviews the history of the performance appraisal of Chinese and foreign experts,and then analyzes the theoretical framework,assessment indicators and assessment methods of performance appraisal from the perspective of mechanism,subject,category and basis.On the basis of this,the performance appraisal will be developed in the future in multiple directions: to expand the multi-dimensional assessment content,to establish the concept of innovation assessment,to build and implement the dynamic research system performance,to achieve balance and enhance the rich,to improve the organization and commitment of the prison police,physical and mental health,job performance,and to promote the performance appraisal path and recommendations to effectively improve the prison police in law enforcement practice can better perform their duties,to enhance the reputation of the police organization and trust and other social performance.The research provides the basic theoretical framework for the future practice,and puts forward the strategy suggestion for the management practice.
