| The Internet information platform has become Chinese largest information exchange and distribution platform.People timely can understand the global events,and expressing their own ideas is approachable according to the event and handling opinions.Although the Internet platform brings wealth、information and convenient services,but the Internet platform also appeared similar as reactionary,pornography and other aspects of public opinion information,this information is slowly eroding the human spirit of the civilization.In order to control the network public opinion induced things,people must analysis and judge all kinds of network information and data extraction,so as to effectively monitor the network public opinion information.news events and sensitive words were extracted using crawler technology,and data analysis and processing technology are used to carry on the correlation analysis,and hot issues and sensitive words are mined,so as to ensure the public security departments can effectively monitor the social hot events and network public opinion.Firstly,through the domestic and foreign research status of public opinion monitoring and management system for the detailed analysis,the research contents are definited which need to be implemented in this paper.Based on public security and public opinion,the function requirement and non functional demand are analized.Secondly,in accordance with the concept of hierarchical structure design,the system’s functional framework and the system framework are designed.The hierarchical structure can effectively reduce the correlation between system modules and fundamentally,improve the stability and efficiency of system operation.Then,the public opinion data collection,pre-processing,task scheduling and other functions are designed,so as to achieve the automatic,network,standardized collection and pre-processing of public opinion data.Lastly,this paper bring-forward the details of designing and implementing basic public security and public opinion monitoring management system,making detail tests for the core functions of the system based on the software testing process and the method.According to the system testing,public security management system of the public opinion monitoring indicates that the system meets the actual demand of users,and attained the expected goal of the system construction. |
