In recent years,various types of domestic security incidents frequently,seriously affecting the people's lives and property,the ability of China's emergency command a great challenge.In the face of emergencies,the need for efficient,reasonable and rapid command and decision-making,to minimize the loss of life and property,this time to train outstanding emergency decision-makers is particularly important.Although the traditional practice exercises have a great effect on improving the command and decision-making ability of emergency decision-makers,it is undeniable that it has the shortcomings such as long exercise time,large manpower and material resources,and single events.Emergency simulation exercise is a computer and other tools to simulate the occurrence of emergency events,emergency events and other events,in the computer with the help of decision-makers on the rescue personnel and materials for the command and control,to achieve the emergency command and disposal process of the exercise.Based on the emergency simulation exercises,this thesis studies the influence of interaction design and decision-making process on the cognitive load of decisionmakers by designing multi-factor experiments from the point of view of decisionmakers and cognitive load theory.In this thesis,the experimental platform is also the emergency decision system from the functional design,system architecture,system implementation of three aspects were introduced.Then it discusses the interactive design and decision-making process in the emergency decision-making system,and then discusses the influencing factors of the decision-making process in the decisionmaking process.Finally,two experiments are designed,one is the effect of different degree of interaction on cognitive load,and the influence of different decision-making process and drill-on role on decision-maker's cognitive load.Characterize the training results with learning results,and through the quantitative analysis of cognitive load,the quantitative load of the decision maker and the effect on the training effect were analyzed quantitatively under different factors.In this thesis,the author analyzes the influence of interaction design,decisionmaking process,exercise role and training intensity on the cognitive load of decision-makers,and analyzes the decision-making system by analyzing the results of cognitive load measurement.,Which provides theoretical support for the optimization of decision-making system,and puts forward some suggestions on the training methods of decision-makers.
