| At present,the problem of old-age care has become more and more severe.With the growth of age,decline in body functions,and the increase in diseases,the elderly have lost their daily life functions and their lives have become untenable.The risk factors in the environment have also increased.Therefore,the elderly Demand for life and disease care is growing stronger,and the demand for professional nursing services is getting higher and higher,which makes elderly people more dependent on specialized nursing care services for nursing homes,caregivers,therapists,and ex-mentors for nursing care workers.The multiple roles and roles of the mediators and agents are also highlighted.Therefore,it is very necessary to study the status of the nursing staff.This article selects different types of old-age care institutions in Baoding and Rizhao cities as the research subjects and conducts in-depth research.Through questionnaires and field interviews,we obtained basic data and information and conducted in-depth research on the allocation of nursing staff in 10 old-age institutions(both private and public).This study mainly analyzes the following aspects: First,the status quo of the development of nursing staff of different types of nursing homes,including the scale of scale,staff structure,professional level,and wage level,etc.,to find out the commonality of caregivers in different types of nursing home institutions.Third,from the perspective of government policies,social environment,and individuals,further analyze the configuration of caregivers.These factors have caused various degrees of impact on the status of caregivers in nursing homes.Finally,in response to the recommendations,actively respond to the Nineteenth "Healthy China Strategy" and draw lessons from the experience and characteristics of the pension institutions in the study area,and propose the establishment of innovative pension service models such as "reducing poverty and providing for the elderly". |
