| Terrorism has been one of the biggest threaten to human’s life and property,international terrorism situation become more and more severe,seriously affected people’s regular travel.Sinkiang terrorism is the most frequent and biggest hidden danger in China.The state council expounds the origin of the ―East Turkistan‖ problem in the form of official documents for the first time in 2003,the ―East Turkistan‖ active in Sinkiang and the Middle East from the 19 th century,even to form kinds of organization,they planed many major terrorist attacks in Sinkiang,Beijing and other place,shock the world,try to damage Chinese peace and stable.International tourism as one of the most important industries in Sinkiang,is also sensitive to unsafely and terrorism.Besides terrorism is also a big threaten to other industries which are related to travel industry.But which aspects it will influence? How much has the influence? How to deal with it? This paper tries to solve these problems.This paper chooses Sinkiang city prone to terrorism as research object to analysis the influence of multiple terrorism to tourism after 2008.In order to improve the rigor,we exclude the four province Tibet,Beijing,Shanghai,Yunnan which terrorism has happened,then adopts Sinkiang and the other 26 provinces tourism data as sample,choose the income of transport,consumption,hotel and other trade about travel,in the same time,we exclude the subjective factors like the average stay days of the overnight inbound tourists,the objective factors like the exchange rate,residents’ consumption level index,hotel investment in fixed assets,GDP per capita,the rail mileage,use Difference in Difference model to analysis the effect.The result shows the multiple terrorism attacks after 2008 have cause huge negative effects.So the governments need to prevent the impact of terrorism to tourism,take positive precautions before it happened and take effective measures to reduce the damages,meanwhile the development of Sinkiang tourism. |
