An Application Research On WeChat Public Number On Grassroots Procuratorial Propaganda

The openness of public opinion and the diversification of information pose challenges for information retrieval.How to carry on information propagation is an urgent issue that needs to be addressed to most government organizations.This thesis studies the point of information propagation by borrowing the theories from the field of experimental observation,comparative research,case analysis,information communication,information resource management,and guidance propagation.We point out the disadvantages and reasons of current approaches.Then,we summarize the main advantages of using instant communication tools for information propagation.Our main focus is that we analyze the effectiveness of information propagation by using the “Z County Procuratorate”,a public platform for information propagation.We compare our proposal with previous work and point out some existing problems to be handled.We finally introduce the main experience of using new media tools and find some key points for information propagation.To deal with the main problems in the application of some WeChat public numbers,we propose a series of solutions.The author is a manager of a public organ’s Instant messaging tool.We conclude that the main task of information propagation is to incorporate the information technologies and the new changes to current approaches.We try to find a solution to the application of new tools that can meet the requirements of both government and public people.Thus,we can promote the construction of the rule of law into the “New Normal”.
