On The Perfection Of The Prevention And Control Mechanism Of Assaulting The Police In China

At present,China is in a period of social transition and contradictions,and the social contradictions accumulated in the past are constantly being highlighted.Judging from the forms in recent years,the incidence of crime of assaulting criminals in our country has been on a continuous rise.The ways of assaulting police are increasingly diversified and the harms are even worsened.This has greatly undermined the legitimate rights and interests of the people’s police,Trampling.Although many academic and judicial agencies in our country have invested a great deal of manpower and resources in studying the effective ways of preventing and controlling police attacks,the current situation of assaulting criminals in our country has not changed much.The current legal theory circles and judicial practitioners have different opinions on how to regulate the attacking police.They also have different views on whether to add the crime of attacking police in the Criminal Law.In this regard,the author attempts to use theoretical analysis,empirical analysis,comparative analysis and other methods to analyze the crime of assaulting a police officer in our country and dig out some places worthy of our thinking and discussion.It mainly analyzes the definition of assaulting police,the types of assaulting criminals,the harm of assaulting criminals,the current situation of assaulting criminals in our country and the existing problems in prevention and control mechanisms,and put forward suggestions on how to improve the prevention and control mechanism of assaulting a police officer in China.
