Mechanism Research Of Civil-morality Construction In The Perspective Of “Internet +”

The construction of social civilization runs through the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics.In the new era,"the level of social civilization needs to be improved in our country." The cultivation and development of civil morality is the key to the degree of social civilization.We must further implement the project of building civic morality.Good operation mechanism is an important guarantee for the further implementation of civil-morality.The study on the mechanism of civic morality construction should change from time to time.The environment of "Internet +" is a new social form.The mechanism of civil-morality construction shows a new development trend due to "Internet +".How to adapt to this new change and effectively explore the mechanism of civil-morality construction is a problem that needs to be studied and solved urgently.It is of great theoretical and practical significance to explore the mechanism of civil-morality construction from the angle of "Internet +",because it is not only a response to the Party Central Committee’s call on the building of civic morals,but also a manifestation of the civic virtue in the environment of "Internet +".On the basis of a systematic and comprehensive review of relevant research status both inside and outside the country,it determines research ideas and methods.First of all,it clarifies the basic connotation of "Internet+" and the mechanism of civil-morality construction.Next,it establishes the principle for the mechanism of civil-morality construction,including the people-oriented,cross-border integration,precision cultivation,goal-oriented principle.What’s more,according to the results of the questionnaire survey,we analyze the practical problems and causes about the civic moral construction,and constructs the frame: first,the cultivation mechanism:building a quality "Internet +" culture and the virtual reality platform;second,the interaction mechanism: from online to offline and from offline to online;third,the regulatory mechanism:digital management and monitoring of online public opinion;fourth,the evaluation mechanism: improving the evaluation methods and strengthening statistical analysis;fifth,the protection mechanism:focusing on perfecting the construction of technologies,teams,and laws and regulations.
