Research On The Party’s Organizational Construction Of Non-Public Enterprises In Shaanxi Province

Along with economic development,the non-public enterprises appeared booming.In the process of continuous development,more and more enterprises are not only pursue economic benefits,but also begin to focus on the construction of the party organization and the establishment of advanced culture.Under the new situation,it is a question that we need to think about how to carry out the party s organizational construction of the non-public enterprises according to the decision-making and requirements of comprehensively strengthen party discipline.Due to the special nature of the non-public enterprises themselves and the construction of the party organization also has the special attribute,the construction of the party organization of the non-public enterprise is difficult and complicated.It is a new field of the party’s organizational construction,and there are many new problems to be solved.Starting from this,this paper first introduces the connotation,content and function of the party s organizational construction and the theoretical basis of the party’s organizational construction of the non-public enterprises.Expounds the importance of the non-public enterprise the party s organizational construction:it is the inevitable requirement to strengthen the ruling foudation of the party,is the need of building a harmonious socialist society,is the guidance on the healthy and rapid development of non-public economy,and further unscramble its particularity.The main problems faced by the party’s organizational construction of non-public enterprises in Shaanxi province are analyzed:difficulty of the party’s organizations in positioning,development,form,and cover,difficulty of the party members’ in developing,education managing and role playging,difficulty of the party leader in team construction,difficulty of democratic centralism in implementing,etc.It is necessary to see the subjective reasons and the objective conditions for these problems.This paper proposes corresponding solutions to the main problems.Put forward by focusing on the party’s organizational construction,enhancing team construction of party members,strengthening democratic centralism and working system,and combining the party’s organizational construction with the non-public enterprises’ industry development needs.Suggestion on how to guide a effective and scientific model to realize the party’s organizational construction and the non-public enterprises win-win.
