Ming Qian Ling was a very important law in the age of Martial Emperor of western Han dynasty.Form 119 C.E to 105 C.E,Min Qin Ling lasted for 14 years besides suspended for some time.The society at that time was shocked by the strict enforcement of Min Qian Ling.This paper based on the analysis of Suan Min and Gao Min,trying to present the detail of their enforcement.The goal of these Ling was to increase national revenue,however stroked a blow against private industry and commence finally.The middle class was destroyed and the people became equally poor,which made a far-reaching influence.Except the strict enforcement to keep the agriculture country run smoothly,the emperor also concentrate on getting the wealthy of commence.As far as the political system is concerned,the Emperor Wudi operates a large amount of wealth that he amassed to strengthen centralization.One is to further eliminate the threat by beating down the state economy,cutting off the commercial aristocracy and the king's collusion,two is to push the commercial aristocrat to merge with the landlord and nobility through the collapse of the feudal economy and the collusion between the king and the king.Three With officials rectification,and ultimately achieve the purpose of differentiation to restrict local forces.However,the implementation of rouleaux Lingzhi excessive emphasis on centralized consolidation,failed to take full account of the folk industrial development.In destroying civilian industry and commerce,the objective for the State Development and create conditions.On the basis of the above analysis,this paper,taking Minqian Ling as the breakthrough point,makes an in-depth study on the order of the Han Dynasty by examining Minqian Ling,and then examines the role of the Minqian Ling in the Han Dynasty in the history of the Han Dynasty.
