At present,a major problem facing the elderly in China is to build an old-age service system that is fully covered by services,widely recognized by the masses,and attracts all forces to participate.In the old-age service system,the main body of the old-age service supply is the old-age service personnel.Improving the overall quality of the elderly service personnel can meet the needs of many aspects of the service for the aged better,and help to promote the "Internet +" pension and the effective implementation of the policy of "combining medical care".Therefore,it is of great significance to study the problem of human resources construction in the old-age service industry,to promote the scale expansion of the aged service personnel,to improve the quality of the professional talents for the elderly and to optimize the allocation of human resources.The growth rate of the elderly population in Xi'an has been increasing year by year since 2000.According to the results of the sample survey,it is estimated that the proportion of the population aged 60 or above in Xi'an will reach more than 30% of the total population in 2040.At present,the objective situation of the rapid development of the aging population has a huge gap in the number of projects and the quality of service at the aged of the service industry.It also puts forward higher requirements for the construction of human resources for high quality old-age service.This article is based on this research on the development of human resources in the elderly service industry in Xi'an.This paper analyzes the status of the research at home and abroad,based on the theory of human resource management,and according to the characteristics of theservice industry of the aged.First of all,through the field investigation,interview and questionnaire survey method,this paper studies the status of the development of the aged service and the service for the aged in Xi'an.Secondly,it discusses the problems and causes of the current human resources development in the elderly service industry.Finally,the paper puts forward some specific innovative measures for the problems in the development of human resources in the elderly service industry in Xi'an.It is necessary to deepen the system reform of the old-age service industry,construct the post setting and career planning of the old-age clothing industry,and strengthen the construction of various specific mechanisms for the development of human resources in the old-age service industry.Provide ideas for the development and construction of human resources in high quality and old age service industry.
