In recent years, with the rapid development of Internet technology, online shopping has quickly been sought after and favored by people because of its fast, convenient and other attributes.Emerging online shopping methods also occupy a very important part of people's lives. The most obvious example is that the online shopping platform represented by well-known e-commerce companies such as Suning and JD.com has a rapid development momentum.Online shopping has brought convenience to consumers to a large extent.Consumers only need to move their fingers to add their favorite goods to their shopping carts.Through observation of the turnover of the “Double 11” Tmall Carnival Shopping Festival in recent years, the purchasing power of online shopping consumers has increased year by year, and online consumption has become the mainstream consumption method. However, there are two aspects to analyze the business, the rapid development of online shopping has also brought a series of online shopping disputes. In the online shopping environment, consumers mainly rely on descriptions of product information provided by the operators to choose whether to purchase goods, but consumers cannot personally come into contact with the goods, which makes consumers' right to information very vulnerable to the situation of infringement. At present,China's protection of consumers' right to information is more comprehensive in terms of law,but it is also relatively weak in the relevant aspects of the transaction process and needs further improvement.Based on this background, the paper intends to analyze and explore the specific behaviors that infringe consumers' right to know, refer to and learn from foreign legal systems that infringe on the right to know about consumers, and combine the actual situation in China to specifically.
