Research On The Legal Issues Of China's PPP Model

As a new form of public-private cooperation,the PPP model is late in China,and there are not many relevant theoretical studies.The legal system suitable for its development is not perfect,which leads to many problems in the promotion and development of the PPP model in China.At present,the promotion and development of China's PPP model is mainly driven by the National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Finance.The legal regulations concerning the development of the PPP model are also mostly issued by these two departments.However,the relevant laws and regulations promulgated by these two departments have a low level of order and are not well-targeted,and cannot solve the problem of legal conflicts encountered during the actual operation of the PPP model.The perfect legal system is very important for the healthy development of China's PPP model.This article analyzes the main problems in the development of China's PPP model in combination with the actual situation,and through the experience of the development of foreign PPP model,puts forward some of its own legal system to improve the PPP model in China.Think about suggestions.
