As a new way for taxis to travel around,network tour car quickly seized the market share of traditional taxis with the advantage of price and convenience of operation in a short period of several years,triggering a revolution in the entire taxi industry.However,the development of Netjoy’s vehicles has caused various problems in recent years,which has led to hot debates in the society.The appearance of online vehicles has brought new challenges to traditional regulatory models such as the use of assets,market access,and occupational qualification control.How to effectively manage it becomes a problem.At present,most of the businesses engaged in online tour car business services are part-time activities carried out by owners of private cars using leisure time and free seats,and have typical characteristics of sharing economy.Therefore,the simple application of traditional regulatory measures to restrict networkbased vehicles is not conducive to promoting the development of the shared economy,but it also has the general expectation that it is contrary to the public.In addition,as a new thing,Netjoy is also confronted with huge industry boycotts in the process of development.The current regulatory system is also flawed.In addition,the lack of enforcement has led to chaos in the online car industry market,and institutional supervision is still a long way off.This article starts from the general trend of the development of network vehicles,and on the basis of defining the nature of network vehicles,through the analysis of the status quo and problems of the current access mechanisms and regulatory activities of network vehicles,how to improve the network’s Car supervision put forward reference suggestions.In the first part,this paper introduces the research background,purpose and significance of Netjoker,and briefly describes the research status of online coaching at home and abroad.At the same time,it introduces the research content,research methods and possible innovations.In the second part,according to the analysis of the basic theory of the operation of the network vehicle,the concept and characteristics of the network about the car are explained and compared with the traditional patrol taxi.A brief introduction to the availability of governance models from multiple governance perspectives.In the third part,this paper uses questionnaires to collect some data and focuses on the role played by the government,society,platform,and public in the governance of online vehicles,and the problems existing in governance.The fourth part mainly analyzes the reasons for the problem of network vehicle management.The fourth part mainly analyzes the reasons for the problem of network vehi cle management.The fifth part puts forward multi-central governance path selection for the existing governance dilemma.Actively bring into play the role of government,society,industry,platform,and users in the governance process,and form a multiple main governance structure.
