Study On The Design Of Old Apartment For Relatives And Friends In Cold Area

At present,China is in a period of transition.The problem of population aging is increasing with the development of society and population.The problem of providing for the aged has become a realistic problem to be solved urgently.Strengthening the construction of the social pension service system is an inevitable requirement to cope with the aging of the population,guarantee and improve the people's life.The traditional family pension mode is changing with the development of cure family mode.Now the social,community,family endowment mode are facing the problems about material support shortage,low quality of service and short supply.At the same time,most of the pension service form is relatively single,which is difficult to meet the special problem of Empty Nester.So our type of elderly apartment design is a new attempt.Relatives and friends type of old apartments are not home care,but in an apartment endowment in the form of old-age housing for the old.It aims to provide good relations for the old through the ways of living with friends and families,which,in another way,helps the old to pull through lonely and helpless feelings.At the same time,this form of living provides people with happiness of life.Home life was originally meant to live in a nuclear family.Originally we lived in a fathername lifestyle.And as time went on,family life gradually transformed into a nuclear family lifestyle.Now in order to provide a better pension for the old's home and reduce loneliness and loss of life of the old,we need to transform the life of the elderly pension from the core family into a warm family and collective pension type.This passage starts at the living mode of the old in towns.From the view of providing the old with pension,we discuss the character and the living mode of old people through the way of questionnaire interview,on-the-spot investigation,and analysis on domestic and foreign pension model and policy related issues.We aim to create a new kind of lifestyle which is independent and open.Not only to meet the demand of material endowment,we provide more spirit of comfort.
