Research On The Legal Issues Of Cooperation Between China And Russia In Preventing International Environmental Crimes

At present,the impact of international environmental crimes in the context of global integration is not only a domestic problem,but also an international crime that has received wide attention from the international community.How to prevent and punish the increasingly serious international environmental crime has become a hot issue that the international community urgently needs to solve.China and Russia are two world powers with a long border of 4374 kilometers.Of the 15 neighboring countries bordering China,the border of China and Russia is second only to the border of China and Mongolia,4710 kilometers.In recent years,China-Russia relations are rising,the two countries began to establish a strategic partnership of coordination in 1996,signed the treaty of good-neighborliness and friendly cooperation,established in 2011,equality,trust,mutual support and common prosperity,the friendship from generation to generation of comprehensive strategic partnership of coordination.At present,China-Russia relations are at the best time in history and the two countries have more frequent exchanges and cooperation in energy,culture,economy and trade.In the relations between the two
