At present,China's mainstream ideology is the socialist ideology guided by Marxism,and China is guided by the theoretical system of Marxism and its Sinicization.The mainstream ideological discourse power,that is,the Marxism and the Theoretical System of Sinicization of Marxism,has the role of controlling,guiding,or regulating society,and has gained the recognition of the general public so as to strengthen its political dominance.It is a manifestation of the identity and status of the ruling party,and it is a qualification and ability to guide and shape ideas and value orientation.With the arrival of the new media era,the upgrading of mainstream ideological discourse power are faced with new opportunities and challenges.On the one hand,it expands the new areas of mainstream ideological's dissemination,enriches and improves the mainstream ideological discourse system,and facilitates the creation of a democratic political atmosphere conducive to mainstream ideology.On the other hand,it has aggravated the problem of lacking of cognitive responsibility of the discourse subject,threatened the security of mainstream ideology,weakened the control force of mainstream ideology,weakened the attraction of mainstream ideology,and increased the difficulty of integration of mainstream ideology,and so on.Therefore,efforts should be made to seize the opportunity and focus on starting from the discourse subject,the discourse theme,the discourse dissemination,the discourse expression,the discourse environment,etc,and seek to solution strategies for promoting the mainstream ideological discourse power.That is,on the subject of discourse,the Party and government agencies should implement the main responsibility system,strengthen the authority of mainstream ideological political guidance,strengthen the dominant position of the people,increase the recognition of mainstream ideology,and strengthen the construction of high-quality ideological work teams,to improve the effectiveness of ideological discourse rights,and to enhance its practical explanatory power.In terms of discourse theme,it needs to innovate and develop the mainstream ideological discourse system with Chinese characteristics.In the dissemination of discourse,through the integration of the advantages and resources of the old and new media,strengthening the construction of a network of Marxist cyberspace sites,establishing a global perspective,and other ways to enrich the path of discourse dissemination and enhance the public identity.In terms of discourse expression,by following the rules of new media dissemination and audience psychology to innovate education methods,strengthen the bidirectionalinteraction of "traditional mainstream media" with the "civil society network",strengthen the popularization of discourse dissemination,and actively fostering online opinion leaders,etc,to enhance the appeal to the public.In terms of the discourse environment,through strengthening the Party's control power,improve the relevant laws and regulations,and actively set the issues,accelerate technology research and development to improve the capability of new media defense and monitor,etc,to Optimize the discourse dissemination environment and standardize the order of discourse dissemination.The purpose of this article is to study how to better promote mainstream ideological discourse power in a new media environment.
