Status Analysis Of The Excitation Mechanism Of Cultivating And Observing Core Socialist Values In College

Being the main position for undergraduates to cultivate and observe core socialist values,colleges play a vital role.The current issue on cultivating and observing core socialist values is how to imply the excitation theories efficiently and mobilize utmost impetuses.There is theoretical and practical significance to research the excitation mechanism of cultivating and observing core socialist values in college.By analyzing 1,576 valid questionnaires previously given out and collected,this paper argues,based on normative research and empirical analysis,that there are flaws in the dynamical system,inducible system,control system and feedback system of the excitation mechanism of cultivating and observing core socialist values in college.The flaws in the dynamical system includes insufficient cognition of students'demands and expectations as well as teachers'.The flaws in the inducible system includes simplified and stylized motivating measures,unbound state between personal motivation and collective motivation,unbalance between positive incentive and negative incentive,deviation in the contents of excitation,and ambiguity of purpose to excitation.The flaws in the control system includes poor campus environment to excitation,poor propaganda and publicity of excitation,poor control of excitation degree,poor timing to excitation,and poor information communication between the two participant parts.The flaws in the feedback system includes defective system of performance appraisal,and imperfect system of supervision and feedback.This paper concludes that these flaws mentioned above owe to unscientific approaches,deficient contents,ambiguous purposes,thin atmosphere,lack of guarantee and unimplemented feedbacks.For solution,this paper puts forward optimization measures that can be adopted by colleges.Colleges should perfect the dynamical system of the excitation mechanism,holding on to the demands and expectations of teachers and students and stimulating their impetus.They should perfect the inducible system,combining the material motivation and spiritualmotivation together efficiently,as well as personal motivation and collective motivation,positive incentive and negative incentive,and short-term incentive and long-term incentive,and keeping the contents of excitation up with times.They should perfect the control system,creating proper campus cultural atmosphere,enhancing the control of the direction of public opinion,mastering optimal degree of excitation,mastering the art of timing to excitation,and setting up expedite ways to communication.They should perfect the feedback system,establishing scientific routine of performance appraisal,and obtaining feedbacks to take control of excitation progress.
