Study On The Influencing Factors Of Children's Learning Interest Of Migrant Workers

As an eastern coastal city,Dalian has a strong attraction for migrant workers throughout the country.The influx of foreign migrants has solidified a good human base for Dalian's economic development,but it has also brought along corresponding social problems.Due to the relatively low level of education of most migrant workers,they are usually busy at work,unable to fully take care of their children's learning and fail to create a good learning environment for the children of migrant workers.Some children of migrant workers,due to their own attitudes and study habits,have caused their classes not to be serious and to actively participate in classroom activities.Under the combined effect of internal and external factors,the interest of this group of children has fallen sharply and it has become a problem to be solved in basic education.In order to better explore the influencing factors and impact of migrant children's children's study interests,the author adopted a questionnaire survey,regression analysis and other research methods for a year,taking Xigang District of Dalian City as the highest proportion of migrant children.The specific students of the school are the subjects of research,obtain primary data,analyze the problems,and explore the causes,so as to propose specific suggestions.The specific research contents are:(A)Combating domestic and foreign related documents,expounding the research ideas,research methods,and technical routes of the thesis(B)Explain the relevant concepts of the research subject,explore the relevant influencing factors through the study of the literature,elaborate the theoretical framework of the study,and propose the choice of independent variables and research hypotheses.(C)Questionnaire of the two schools in Xigang District where the children of the two migrant workers are more concentrated,and obtain primary data.The regression analysis method was used to carry out cross-analysis and chi-square test of the relevant influencing factors,using binary logistic regression.The model finds that learning self-confidence,perception of difficulty in learning,ways to deal with learning difficulties,satisfaction with learning performance,learning environment provided by families,parental interest in learning,teachers' interest in learning,and whether they are happy in school Learning interest has a significant impact and analyzes its causes(D)Finally,the paper proposes constructive suggestions and suggestions for stimulating the interest of children of migrant workers from the aspects of improving the children's compensation education system for migrant workers,improving the educational protection mechanism for children of migrant workers,and raising the basic education level of children of migrant workers.In order to effectively help children of migrant workers improve their learning methods,improve their enthusiasm for learning,develop good habits,and enhance their interest in learning,thus laying a good foundation for later high-level cultural studies.
