The Aesthetic Value Of Marx's Legal Thought

The nineteen major successful convening of 2017 turned the major contradictions in our country into the contradiction between the needs of the growing and the better life of the people and the inadequate and unbalanced development.The growing and better life of the people needs to put forward higher demands on the construction of the legal system.The law requires the law to form a harmonious and orderly social environment on the basis of protecting the basic rights of the people and solving practical problems for the people.The green and healthy natural environment and the peaceful and stable social environment are all endowed with the law by the contemporary people.The expectations of the new period.The legal value of reality tends to be "Instrumentalism",and the law has a "face of Probus",which is still a mandatory force for the external dissident.The relationship between law and human is essentially a value relationship,and the aesthetic value of law is the return of legal value in its ontological sense.The aesthetic value of the law,the true value of the law and the good value of the law,has its own particularity,more obvious spirit and more intense emotion.Compared with other values,the aesthetic value of the law is more obvious that it is the highest goal of the man itself,the full and complete development of the human being,the highest value to satisfy the free life of the man itself,and the true pursuit of the law.At present,the construction of the rule of law in China is guided by the view of Marx's doctrine of law.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the aesthetic value of Marx's legal thought.The text of this article is divided into five parts: the basic connotation,ideological origin,ontological status,realization and the meaning of the times of Marx's legal aesthetic value are discussed in five aspects.The first part explains the connotation and characteristics of Marx's legal aesthetic value,interprets the relevant concepts of Marx's legal aesthetic value one by one so as to grasp the inner connection in the abstract concept and restore the correct connotation of the whole concept in the thinking.The second part excavate the internal relations between the law and the beauty from the ideological origin.The first is to provide rich theoretical materials for the study of the aesthetic value of Marx's legal thought.The second is to integrate its external relationship with the rational understanding into the principle of historical materialism and the third part of the study of the noumenon of aesthetic value.By analyzing the intrinsic relationship between the true,the good and the beautiful in Marx's legal thought,the status of Marx's text is to establish the ontological position of the aesthetic value of Marx's law.The fourth part studies the realization of the aesthetic value of Marx's legal thought,and reveals that the harmonious unity of study the significance of the times,especially in the pursuit of the pursuit of the needs of the better life of the people's life to improve the connotation of the aesthetic value of the century.In addition,from the subject construction,it provides a new perspective to the new subject of law aesthetics.This article is based on Marx's materialist dialectics,combining history with logic,and
