With the rapid growth of China’s economy and the rapid development of financial industry,communications,and network technology,the crime of telecommunications fraud has rapidly expanded in recent years.In general,the pattern of crimes committed by telecommunications fraud usually manifests itself in crimes committed by gangs.It is very organized and disciplined,and it has outstanding anti-reconnaissance capabilities.It has greatly tested the ability of the police to handle cases;the criminal means are complicated and changeable rapidly.,Wide geographical coverage,high imitation rate of crime,large invasiveness,low cost of committing crimes,high incidence rate,and relatively high social harm and difficulty in combat.In order to prevent frequent attacks on society by telecom fraud crimes,the judicial administrative department has specifically introduced and implemented relevant measures for such cases,but the effect of the crackdown is not satisfactory,and the rate of cracked cases is low,and its development trend is increasing.This kind of crime has become a major hotspot and difficult problem that seriously jeopardizes our country ’ s social security order and people’s property safety,and it has become a new type of social public hazard.Many existing legal preventive measures have been unable to effectively curb the occurrence of telecommunications fraud crimes,and the delay in the development of investigative techniques in comparison with crime techniques has also led to a continuous increase in the difficulty of tracing criminals.In order to protect the people ’ s property safety and the stability of social order,and more effectively crack down on telecommunications fraud criminals to curb the occurrence and spread of such crimes,we must analyze the status quo of current social telecommunication fraud crimes in a more in-depth and detailed manner.Its characteristics,the main factors that induce it to be high-rate,and the reason why it is difficult to detect crimes,based on the existence of the above-mentioned problems,it proposes targeted measures that caneffectively prevent and fight against telecommunication fraud crimes.The content of this article is divided into three chapters for discussion: The first chapter is to analyze the status quo of China’s telecommunication fraud crimes,first of all to point out the status of current social telecommunications fraud crimes,and secondly to list the common means of telecommunication fraud crimes in recent years.The characteristics of telecommunication fraud crimes are deeply analyzed in two aspects of telecom fraud and emerging telecommunications.Based on this,there is a clear understanding of the current status of telecom fraud crimes.The second chapter mainly analyzes the causes of China’s telecommunication fraud crimes.The main factors are social and economic factors,legal factors,criminal factors,victim factors,industry supervision factors,and crackdown prevention and control factors.The third chapter is based on the above-mentioned causes analysis and mainly discusses the prevention and control countermeasures for China’s telecommunication fraud crimes,and proposes targeted breakthroughs in areas such as victims,legal construction,industry supervision,technical prevention,and crackdown on prevention and control.
