A Study On The Rules And Regulations Of Provincial Local Governments

Local government regulations play a very important role in local administrative activities and are an important part of our administrative system and legislative system.The in-depth study of local government rules and regulations has important implications for improving the quality of local government regulations,strengthening local administrative management,promoting local economic and social coordination,and achieving local sustainable development.This article intends to start with theoretical analysis and empirical analysis.In theory,first define the concept and nature of government regulations,then determine its position in the entire legal system,and clarify its legislative authority in reality.Then,through the analysis of the classification and analysis of the more than 340 government regulations in Shandong Province,the existing rules and regulations have been studied and changed,including the formulation,revision,and repeal of regulations.This will provide an assessment of the effectiveness of the current regulatory framework,and look for flaws and deficiencies in its text content and operational procedures.In order to formulate recommendations for the implementation of the regulations and improve the rules of the formulation and modification procedures,in order to establish a scientific and rational local government rules and regulations.
