| Since the 18th National Congress of the Party,General Secretary Xi Jinping has put forward the theory of a community with shared future for humanity with great foresight.In his two speeches on the central stage of the UN in 2017,General Secretary Xi Jinping clearly put forward China's goal and strategy of constructing a community with shared future for humanity.This goal and strategy is contained in 19th CPC National Congress's report,the core of which is constructing a world of lasting peace,universal security,common prosperity,openness and tolerance,and a clean and beautiful world.The thought is extremely rich in connotation,and it is a general layout covering five aspects:politics,security,economy,culture and ecology.On March 11~thh 2018,the first session of the Thirteenth National people's Congress voted to pass the Amendment to the Constitution of the people's Republic of China,in which the preamble of the amendment was written into the contents of promoting the construction,following the constitution of the Party.The theory will have a profound impact on the adjustment of international relations and the trend of the world pattern.It fully demonstrates the Chinese characteristics of Chinese diplomacy and the Chinese style.China has the ability to make more contributions to the world.Peace and development are the theme,but the world remains unchanged,our world is in a period of great development,great changes and major adjustments,and the international trend has undergone profound changes.The trend of multi-polarization in the world is even more obvious.Economic globalization and cultural diversification have expanded into many fields.Emerging market countries and developing countries have become emerging forces,and the comparison of international forces has undergone profound changes.The global governance system and changes in the international order are accelerating.On the other hand,the threats facing the world are more subtle and complex,and the global problems,such as terrorism and major infectious diseases,are becoming more serious,thus,at the crossroads of development and transformation in the world.It is necessary for China to re-establish a distinctive banner for the development of the international community in order to lead the new trend of the times and the direction of human civilization.Against the background of new era,China focuses on the direction of the development of diplomacy and deeply considers where the well-being of mankind leads.Various countries have joined complete ideology.Constructing this community has also become a more systematic project.The includes five aspects:politics,security,economy,culture and ecology,and it includes the three levels of global,regional and bilateral,and integrates interests,responsibilities and actions.The idea has deep theoretical origins.It is the creative transformation and innovative development of the essence of Chinese traditional culture,the thought in the classical Marxist works,and the succession and development of the international strategy and diplomatic thought put forward by the Chinese Communists successively.The thought of constructing the human destiny community is the core category of the diplomatic theory system of the great powers with Chinese characteristics,one of the latest achievements of Marxism in China,and one of the major innovative achievements of the contemporary Chinese diplomatic theory.It leads the new ideas and new strategies of China's diplomacy since the 18th National Congress of the CPC.Since the 18th National Congress,China has unswervingly followed the road of peaceful development,built a new type of international relations with win-win cooperation as the core,and established a global partnership network.Adhere to the correct view of justice and interest,adhere to the concept of fair,open,comprehensive and innovative development,adhere to a common,comprehensive,cooperative and sustainable security concept,adhere to the concept of global governance,and so on.19th CPC National Congress's exposition on the diplomacy of great powers with
