Chinese traditional medicine is the collective name of Chinese ethnic medicine,It includes Chinese medicine(Chinese medicine)and minority medicine.After Thousand Years of Development,Southeast Guizhou Miao Medicine,has a unique theoretical system and Rich clinical experience and heavy cultural heritage,is an important part of our traditional medicine.In the Southeast Guizhou where the Miao nationality lived,the proper climate gave birth to numerous Chinese herbal medicines,and the Miao folk doctors have extensive recognition in the Miao ethnic community.In 2011,China introduced the "Law of the People's Republic of China on Intangible Cultural Heritage",and the non-heritage traditional medicines provided legal support for the cultural protection of some medicines and medicines in traditional medicine.In 2014,Qiandongnan State promulgated the "Regulations on the Development of Miao Medicine and Medical Products of the Miao and Dong Qiang Autonomous Prefecture in Southeast Guizhou Province" to ensure the development of traditional medicine in southeastern Yunnan at the local legislative level.The newly issued "Chinese Medicine Law of the People's Republic of China" in 2016 has brought new norms to the Chinese medicine industry,providing a more standardized and favorable environment for the development of traditional medicine.In 2016,the CPC Central Committee and the State Council issued the "Healthy China 2030 Plan Outline," which will upgrade healthy China to a national strategy,The Outline emphasizes the need to give play to the unique advantages of Chinese medicine and plans and looks forward to the traditional medicine part of the national health industry in the next decade or so.It can be said that these policies and regulations cover all aspects of the development of traditional medicine.However,there is a conflict between the local regulations introduced first and the later introduced administrative regulations,and the newly issued policies and regulations also face the problem of how to implement them in detail.The author put forward corresponding opinions on the protection of policies and regulations for the traditional medicine in southeastern Fujian based on the relevant data and data of seedling medicine researched and obtained in Qiandongnan Prefecture.
