The disabled is one part of each country,which is the vulnerable group in society.And the employment is critical important for the survival of the disabled.For the disabled,employment is not only a way to make a living,but also the main way to realize their own value,pursuit the equality,self-reliance,so it's an important way to push the development and stability of the society.The proportion of the disabled in Jilin province is relatively high in our country,so the problem of employment security for the disabled in Jilin province has attracted high attention.The total number of the disabled persons in Jilin Province reaches 591,440 accounting for 2.15% of the total population of Jilin Province.170,000 disabled people have the ability to workand Some disabled under employment nearly havea lot of work in an unstable state.At the same time,the urban disabled family average income level is lower than 46.21% of the minimum security standards for disabled.And 41.90% of rural disabled household income is under the poverty standard.The employment guarantee for the disabled has a direct impact on the stability and harmony of the society and the development of the socialistconstruction.This paper mainly studies the issue of employment security for the disabled in Jilin province at the present stage as the base of the related concepts and theories of the employment security for the disabled.We find it has many problemsincluding the disabled employment discrimination,their lagging concept of employment,more selfemployment restrictions and the single mode of training and other issues.There are a lot of causes,mainly the negative impact from the background of economic transformation,the weak supervision from the government leading to employment discrimination,the imperfect psychological guidance and the imperfect social employment security measures.This paper puts forward some countermeasures based on the above factors,mainly from increasing the functions of the government to provide employment for the disabled security,constantly improving their education level and strengthening the market supervision to change the concept of employment discrimination and so on.The main purpose is to realize the transformation of labor safeguard employment market,strengthen the social security for the disabled.I wish the paper can provide useful advice for the implementation of the employment security for the disabled and push the security for the disabled to a high level.
