Research Of Investigation Supervision System In China And Its Improvement In The Perspective Of Supervision System Reform

The modern investigation and supervision system of China begins in the late Qing Dynasty.And become complete.However,in the practice,it has been criticized for weak supervision and poor results.In 2016,the CPC proposed to deepen the reform of the national monitoring system,and the procuration organs’ right to investigating crimes of duty has been transferred to the Supervisory Committee.For the main organs of investigation and supervision in our country,losing the right to investigative crimes means that the power is declining.Therefore,as a national legal supervisory authority,the procuratorial organs must improve the problems existing in the current investigation and supervision system in order to keep the supervision unabated.Investigative supervision can make the right of investigation not abused.As the Prosecutor’s Office conducts long-term investigations of job-related crimes,coupled with problems in the investigation and supervision system itself,it leads to the stagnation of investigation and supervision development.This article starts with the reform of the inspection system.It first introduces the concept,content,origin and history of investigation and supervision.Analysis and discussion of the problems existing in the investigation and supervision system in China,With reference to the operational mode of the investigation and supervision system in other countries,Finally,it proposes a plan to improve the investigation and supervision system.
