Since the reform and opening up,the rural surplus labor force has flowed to cities on a large scale,and rural left-behind children have begun to appear in large numbers.The educational problems that accompany rural left-behind children have gradually become social problems.The problem of rural left-behind children’s education is a combination of many factors such as the macro system,family education,school education,and social environment.The proper solution to rural rural children’s education issues concerns the growth and development of one generation or even several generations.How to ensure that rural left-behind children receive education fairly and create good external conditions for their healthy growth has become a unique feature of urbanization in China’s society.The problem is the need to achieve equitable development.This paper studies the relevant research results of the education issues of left-behind children at home and abroad,interprets the concepts related to education issues of rural left-behind children in the process of urbanization,and combines the effectiveness and specific cases of rural left-behind children in Zhoukou City.The implementation of fair education for children,starting from the point of view,analyzes the education issues and related reasons of rural left-behind children in the process of urbanization,and believes that the current rural left-behind children education problems mainly include poor learning,prominent psychological problems,unbalanced behavior,and prominent safety problems.Mainly due to government policy deviations,lack of family education,school education,and community education.Based on this,combining European and American countries and domestic and international experiences in the advancement of the rule of law,institutions,private and community organizations,boarding schools,and other experiences,the comprehensive use of multi-center governance theory,public product theory,and educational opportunity equalization theory,targeting cities In the process of the process of education,the rural left-behind children’s education issues form a concerted effort from governments,families,schools,communities,and media,establishing a common governance system that includes government protection,family-based,school-led,community-based,and media-based supervision.The rural raid children’s education in the process will providepractical basis for the solution,change the past passive and remedial trials of left-behind children intervention,and truly realize the equality of left-behind children’s education.
