The Research Of Private Equity Fund System Of Qualified Investors In China

Private equity fund is widely used in the financial market at present,and it is also an important part in the development of China’s economic market.Private equity funds help many small and medium-sized enterprises solve the financing problem,and also bring a lot of returns to a large number of investors.However,high return is accompanied by high risk.How to help investors to better identify,resist risk and maintain social and economic stability is a problem that the private sector must deal with.This requires the establishment of a system of qualified investors.The private equity fund in China is still in the development stage,the legal supervision system is not perfect,especially the qualified investor system has exposed a lot of problems,such as the low level of legislation,the unclear supervision department,the conflict of law application and so on,which all make the private sector of our country do not have effective supervision and slow down its development speed.Therefore,the primary task of our country is to make up for the loopholes of the system of qualified investors so that it can effectively play the role of investor qualification examination and prevent unqualified investors from entering the private market.For the construction of China’s qualified investor system,the author discusses its necessity and points out the theme in the first part.Then in the second chapter,combing the current laws and regulations on qualified investors in China,and combining the exploration of private equity investment by various financial institutions,this paper summarizes the deficiency of the current system of qualified investors in China and the causes of the problems.The third part analyzes and introduces the system of qualified investors in several main developed countries.The fourth chapter,on the basis of the analysis and integration of the above content,puts forward suggestions for the improvement of the system of qualified investors in China,mainly from three aspects to improve the existing regulations: first,to classify investors;two,to determine the standard of qualified investors from the quality and quantity,this is the innovation of this article,and the combination of investors.The market access standard is established by combining the grid condition with the number limit;three,the number of qualified investors is classified.Finally,two supporting measures are established from credit information system and investment consultant to perfect the system of qualified investors.
