Research On Quanzhou Municipal Government Information Openness

In the current context of the information age,the degree of government information disclosure is a key indicator to measure the level of government governance.Since the 1960 s and 1970 s,the disclosure of government information has gradually become an important topic in the research on government governance.At the same time,countries in the world have launched the construction of government information disclosure system.For a long time,China has always been committed to building a service-oriented government,respecting the wishes and demands of the public,and encouraging the public to actively exercise the right to know and supervise.The promulgation of the "PRC Government Information Disclosure Regulations" has officially opened the curtain for the construction of the government’s information disclosure system.Local governments have responded to the call of the central government to establish an open government information platform and improved the long-term effectiveness of government information disclosure and feedback.The mechanism,at present,has made great progress in the construction of a service-oriented government in China.The author mainly analyzes the information disclosure system of the local government through Quanzhou government as the main research object through literature review,comparative analysis and questionnaire survey.Focusing on the information disclosure situation of the Quanzhou government,it conducts empirical analysis of its information disclosure effect,affirms its achievements,and points out the exposed issues and the corresponding internal causes,and then puts forward some constructive countermeasures and suggestions.The Quanzhou Municipal Government has problems like a low degree of emphasis in information disclosure,limited work standards,narrow channels for information disclosure,lack of communication and exchange mechanisms between the government and the public,and the supervision and management of the corresponding work after information disclosure is worrying.This article will carry out targeted analysis and discussion on the actual problems of the Quanzhou government,and conduct domestic and foreign comparative studies on the government information disclosure mechanism construction experience,combining the existing theories of the theory of information rights,information asymmetry and new public service theory.With the research results,we will carry out an empirical analysis on the prospects and direction of the current government information disclosure system,and point out the problems to be solved and the corresponding optimization strategies for the reference of the Quanzhou government.
