Since the beginning of the new century,the world situation has been unpredictable and social changes have been pushed forward.The communist party of China continues adaptive adjusting to adapt the changing social structure and the external world full of opportunities and challenges.As a new model of the party,the concentrated educational activity inside the party is an important method of construction of working style for our Party,which has a continues and intermittent characteristics.And it is a unique way of their own construction and development tools when the Chinese Communist Party in face of changes of internal and external governance environment.It's the great practice of Marxist theory of education to respond to the task of the times requires for all members of Party.As the three elements of the party's adaptability,the change of the ruling environment,the adaptability of the ruling party,and the adjusted feedback,which keep an internal logic relationship between the development of the activities of the party from the ruling adaptation perspective.First of all,the change of the ruling environment is the main reason for the development of the centralized education activities.The environmental factors are divided into two parts: intrinsic factors and external factors.Second,the development of centralized education activities within the party is the external manifestation of the adjustment of the ruling party,which is mainly reflected in the party's ideological construction,organizational construction,style of work in the new century.Finally,the effect evaluation after each concentration of educational activities provides a political environment and conditions for the ruling party to further innovate and transform.According to the above logic,the research on the activities of concentrated education in the party in the new century is divided into four levels,which are namely analysis of the causes of the centralized education activities,the content analysis,the effect evaluation and the future prospect.Through interactive analysis between the Adaptability of the Ruling Party and the Centralized Educational Activities in the Party,we can understand more clearly the emergence and development mechanism of the centralized education within the party.At the same time,some historical experiences of centralized education within the party are summed up and used for reference.Some suggestions are put forward for some problems of re-adaptation of the centralized education within the party itself.
