Research On The Rural Crime Of T Banner In H City Of Inner Mongolia

With the accelerated urbanization process,all kinds of problems in China's rural areas become obvious,and the rural crime has changed correspondingly when compared to the past.Through the investigation of public prosecution cases and court judgments in T banner in H city of Inner Mongolia in the past five years,the main characteristics of rural crime in T banner are summarized,causes of crime are explored,and countermeasures are proposed correspondingly.In view of the difficulty in data collection,rural crime does not mean the generalized concept of crime in criminology,but refers to criminal cases occurred where agriculture is taken as a major industry.From 2013 to 2017,the total number of criminal cases in T banner showed a downward trend;cases of dangerous driving,traffic accident,light injury and theft happened mostly;there were rare female and minor crimes.Major reasons for crime in T banner include economic backwardness,land problems,farmer employment,education,gambling and excessive drinking.Rural economic development should be taken as a start so as to promote the further implementation of further work,improve the quality of rural population,enhance the construction of rural atmosphere,strengthen the supervision over election and operation of grass-roots organizations,give full play to the advantages of regionalautonomy of ethnic minorities,regulate and control liquor circulation and consumption in Inner Mongolia,promote abstinence and temperance drinking.In conclusion,crime in T should be governed from the aforementioned aspects.
