Study On The Controling Mechaism Of“Public Sector Conversion To Private” Aging Institutions In Pastoral Areas

Since China entered the aging society in 2000,the government and all sectors of society have taken active measures to cope with the increasing aging.To strengthen the old-age security work,in various regions in full swing to establish pension institutions or reform the existing pension institutions.Pastoral areas to “public private pension institutions"le pension park”as the research object,using interviews and participatory observation method to collect data,based on the analysis of" public private pension institutions operating mechanism of main body,the elderly,government agencies and the operation of the enterprise on the basis of the relationship of unidirectional loop,comb “QingLe elderly community” inthe development of policy effect,operating status,etc.,so as to analyze problems in the operation of the "public private pension agency problems,mining the pension in China's pension policy thinking,and put forward the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions.In order to “public sector conversion to private”mode of healthy and long-term development,need from all aspects of the joint efforts,the government,operating enterprises and the elderly is not fragmented,but as a whole,should be to maintain contact,collaborative cooperation,and jointly promote the development of the cause of old-age care.
