| With our country strengthen the importance of religious affairs gradually,religious economy has become an important section of the contemporary social economy.Of course,we can not ignore the new problem brought about by it-how to manage the property of religious activity places.Therefore,form the study on the issues concerning the property of religious activity places venues has certain reference significance for it.In order to find out the property system of religious activities places,we must define the concept and legal status in religious activity places.At the same time,the author combs the existing laws,administrative regulations,rules and regulations of our country as well as the national policies related religious activity to sites and their property.Then we find three problems form it: confusion of attributive bodies of the property of religious activity places,imperfection of application system and supervision mechanism needs to be improved.Now we based on the analysis of the relevant laws of Germany,Japan,the United States,Taiwan,and other countries and regions,the author combined with the actual situation in China and put forward herown suggestions on the improvement of the property system of the religious activity places in China:Firstly,we must clarify the governance model of China’s system;Secondly,we should clarify the ownership of the system as a venue for religious activities.Thirdly,we try to perfect the system of using the property of the place of religious activity requires not only define the duties that should be performed by the council,but also restrict the authority of disposition of its property as well as build a sound information disclosure system;Finally,in the supervision of the property of religious activities,we sould set up a internal board of supervisors and improve external administrative supervision so as to better achieve effective convergence of the internal and external supervision. |
