With the development of mobile network,it not only brings people convenience in communication,but also increasingly involve mobile phone crimes.Using mobile network to investigate mobile phone-related cases is an important investigation method.However 2G,3G,4G coexist in mobile network at present,and 5G will soon apply in the future.The complex mobile network environment brings massive challenges to police in using mobile networks to investigate and it lacks APP that facilitate investigation and handling of cases.Considering the complexity of mobile network and the convenience of police using mobile network for investigation,an APP is developed to help police to investigate.Based on the research of Android system application development,mobile network parameters and working characteristics,the main work is as follows:1.Research the communication module of mobile terminal,acquire data in the mobile network environment parameter reading module of APP;2.Study the working principle and detection method of the pseudo base station,based on the signal detection method compared with the nearby base station,refine the detection index,and provide a fast pseudo base station detection method suitable for mobile terminals.The base station detection module uses this method to quickly detect the pseudo base station;3.Study the third-party base station location query API,and use the interface in the base station query module of the APP to obtain the location of the base station;4.Research on coverage prediction range model of wireless electromagnetic wave signals,and apply the signal prediction method in complex environments to mobile terminals,propose a signal prediction method for small areas,and use this method in the key suspect area demarcation module of APP to predict the area that cannot be searched.The app is developed and implemented on eclipse ADT platform using Java language under windows7 system,and the design process of the app is described in detail,including function flow,page layout,function code,mainly realizing the registration function,mobile network environment parameter reading function,pseudo base station detection function,base station location query function,key suspect area demarcation function.After the completion of the development,the APP function was systematically tested.The system test results basically meet the requirement analysis requirements,and the business needs of police in the case of using mobile network for investigation.
