The Design And Implementation Of B/S Based Personnel Management Information System For The National Tax Bureau

With the rapid development of social economy and the standardization of various government departments,our tax work has achieved great achievements.At the same time,the personnel management innovation of the national tax system has been carring out in the national tax departments all over the country.Using computer system to record personnel management information,on the one hand,can solve the incoordination problem in tax work;on the other hand,is convenient for the leaders to check the vitae of each staff,so as to provide a clear reference to choose and employ persons for the leaders."Information system of personnel management for the National Tax Bureau" is an innovative way to manage staff and an important method to enhance the level of staff’s management.It is mainly designed to break the narrow function of simply recording personnel documents in the existing system and make the personnel information open and digital.It also makes each staff involve in daily personnel work.In this paper I designed and implemented a personnel management information system based on B/S for National Tax Bureau,which is mainly based on the standard personnel management information system and adopted B/S structure as system architecture.The system is developed by using SQL Server database technology.Firstly,after a detailed analysis on the personnel business,I designed the system consisted of four function modules,including to-do,daily evaluation,common functions and system administration.With use case diagram we have made a detailed requirements analysis and got leader use cases,staff use cases and so on,so that we can preliminarily determine the requirement analysis results of the system.Secondly,we have designed overall framework,overall function and database entity relationship of the system.Then,we have developed all function of the personnel management information system based on B/S for the National Tax Bureau.Finally,we completed the deployment of system,debugged the system according to the test results,and launched the system.
