The Study On The Reform Of Supervision System

The reform of the national supervision system is an important part of the rule of law and comprehensively deepening reform after the 18 th national congress of the communist party of China,and it is also important to the reform of political system and economic system.After the implementation of the pilot scheme,the domestic theoretical circle has conducted extensive and profound discussions on the reform of the supervision system in order to ensure the further improvement of the supervision system.For a long time,the struggle against corruption has been the focus of the normal operation of Chinese society.It is about the stability of the government and the legitimacy of the ruling party.The fight against corruption will continue and cannot be stopped.This will require the establishment of a sound monitoring system,which will continue as a long-term stable and legal and effective system.In the legislative level,our country will put the supervision right into the constitution,which will guarantee the support of the constitution level,while the formulation of the supervision law will also protect the supervision system reform.However,at the same time,China’s supervision system still has deficiencies in relevant laws and regulations and policy implementation,which needs to be improved.China should start from the present situation,review and summarize the experience of fighting corruption since the 18 th national congress,and gradually improve the details of the reform of the supervision system.This paper consists of three parts.The main contents are as follows:The first part elaborates the ins and outs of supervisory system reform,to the pattern of supervisory system in China,the original and the supervision system and briefly analyze the outside supervisory system,meaning interpretation and supervision system reform,describe current practice situation of supervision system reform.The second part focuses on the dilemma faced by the reform of the procuratorial system in China,namely,some problems that have not been solved since the review of the constitution and the supervision law(draft).The third part analyzes the feasible realistic path of China’s supervision system reform and puts forward some Suggestions.
