Research On The Suggestion Behavior Mechanism Of Grassroots Public Security Organs

Voice behavior is a positive action taken by grassroots policemen to express constructive opinions and correct organizational problems to promote organizational development.It is of great significance to enhance their sense of work and sense of belonging,enhance the cohesion of grassroots public security organs,improve their operational efficiency and core competitiveness.The suggestion mechanism of grassroots public security organs is the management mechanism of encouraging and protecting the voice behavior of grassroots policemen.By drawing on the theoretical results of the research on the organizational behavior of modern enterprises,this paper tries to bring the extra-role behavior of the police into the standard management of the grassroots public security,and to form a new mechanism of management with the core of education incentive and the supervision and protection as the guarantee.The specific practice is to start with the individual characteristics and demand motivation of the grassroots public security police,and use the analysis method of exchange and cognition theory,and take the incentive process of the extra-role behavior of the voice as the main line,and have the effective identification,evaluation,incentive and feedback management activities of the civil police in the grassroots public security organs.To form a set of standardized and institutionalized operation guarantee system to protect people’s police’s voice behavior.With the guidance of social exchange theory,social identity theory and social cognition theory,the basic theoretical and practical ways of developing and perfecting the basic public security organs’ suggestion behavior mechanism are discussed with the help of literature research and normative research.The main contents of this paper are divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction,discussing the background and significance of the research,combing and explaining the main theories which are based on the research,and discussing the current status of the research in the field of voice behavior,and establishing the theoretical framework,the general idea and the concrete methods of the research.The second part is to determine the voice behavior of the basic public security police,and to analyze the meaning of the establishment of the mechanism.The third part makes a definition and theoretical analysis of the grassroots policemen’s voice behavior and its influencing factors,suggestions,operation and guarantee mechanism.Theoretically,clarify the suggestion behavior mechanism of grassroots public security organs.The fourth part,based on the foregoing theoretical analysis,makes a summary and analysis of the existing grassroots public security organs’ voice behavior and its management status.The fifth part has made a reflection on the specific path for the development and improvement of suggestion behavior mechanism of the basic public security organs,and put forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development and improvement of the basic public security organs’ suggestion behavior mechanism from the aspects of changing ideas,optimizing the operation mechanism and strengthening the guarantee mechanism.
