Research On Political Development Theory Of Daron Acemoglu

The issue of political development has always been the basic problem of human political life.And democratic politics has been recognized by all countries,becoming the ultimate goal of political development.Many emerging countries emerged from the old system and established a democratic system in the 1970 s.Therefore,the realization that how to get rid of the old system and establish a consolidated democracy has become the focus of all countries.Daron Acemoglu,as a famous contemporary American political economist.His political development theory is the point of view about economics,politics and sociology,absorbing many experts' posts,he puts forward its own theoretical framework.He thinks that the political development is a political game between people as a representative of democracy and not democratic bigwigs to scramble for political power,and on this basis the influence factors of the political development and summarizes the different political development road.The research of this paper mainly consists of three parts:The first part mainly introduces the ideological origin of the political development theory of Daron Acemoglu.It has three theoretical origins,one is DouglassC.North,who is the representative of the new institutional economics.The second one is the theory of sociologist Barrington Moore.The third is Adam Przeworski 's theory about sustainable democracy.The second part elaborates the global political development theory of Daron Acemoglu,the basic content mainly includes the definition of the connotation of political development,factors affecting the political development of induction and the summary of different political development road.The third part is to evaluate of the political development theory,mainly includes the theory of value,defects,and several Suggestions for the development of Chinese democratic politics.Therefore,the analysis of the political development theory can not only provide a new perspective but also can help to reflect on the democratic political development of China during the transition period.
