The paper consists of three parts: the introduction,the text and the conclusion.The introduction part mainly introduces the background and significance of the topic selection,the motive and method of thesis writing,and the argumentation and structure design of the thesis.Through the description of the introduction,the key issues of the required argument are revealed and the logical ideas before the argument are straightened out.The main part of the text follows the theoretical problem-reality problem-the approach of the countermeasures method.The voluntary principle of the "Consumer Protection Law" has been reconstructed in line with the era of big data,and the limitations of the old theory in the era of big data.Analyzed,and finally put forward corresponding countermeasures.In the era of big data,the collection and application of personal information and behavioral data have shown significant value in all areas of society.Particularly in the consumer sector,accurate publicity and accurate sales based on big data technologies have greatly encouraged consumer enthusiasm and stimulated the growth of the consumer economy.However,in the era of prosperous big data,the collection and use of consumer personal information and behavioral data have the potential to affect the realization of consumers' free will.When consumers interact with technology algorithms such as artificial intelligence based on big data technology,their free will is greatly limited.This voluntary limitation is the starting point and focus of this study.As there is no research on the voluntary principles of the Consumer Protection Law in China's academia,this article proceeds from the basic theoretical study of the Voluntary Principles of the Consumer Protection Law and the concept of the Voluntary Principles of the Consumer Protection Act.(The definition,connotation,essence,and characteristics)and role have been studied systematically,and the key words that are consistent with the connotation of the voluntary principle of the consumption field in the current era have been put forward: truthfulness,freedom,and will;then through advertising,format clauses,and online consumption.The interpretation of the areas in which consumers' freedom will be deeply violated has opened the realistic veil of the principle of voluntarism.It has analyzed and predicted the limited practical reasons and predicted that allowing free development of technologies such as big data will be fair and just for consumption.And the far-reaching impact of the country's social development;and finally,based on cost and efficiency considerations,this article is in the order of the judiciary,legislation,and social forces,from liberalization of evidence,network forensics,public interest litigation,legislative interpretation,rules supplementation,and principle redefinition.A tentative analysis of the consumer protection law in the age of big data For roads voluntary principle limitations.
